Product Warranty. LCE LLC warrants that each Product under this Agreement will conform to its Specifications for the Warranty Period (the “Product Warranty”). All Product Warranty claims must be filed in writing from LCE LLC within the applicable Warranty Period. The duration of LCE LLC Product Warranty is individual Product-specific for each Product furnished under this Agreement (the “Warranty Period”). The Warranty Period begins on the date of shipment of the Product by LCE LLC. Five (5) to ten (10) year from the date of shipment; or any retest date, expiration date or shelf life date printed on the Product label, packaging or certificate of analysis.

In order for the product warranty to be valid conditions below must be filled:
Product must not be open in any way.
Physical damages are not included in product warranty
